Manajemen Kinerja pada Baznaz Jombang

The purpose of this research is to reveal performance management at BAZNAS Jombang with a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the study show that at BAZNAS Jombang, performance management is applied, such as: data collection performance (collecting), distribution and utilization performance, financial reports. In the process of improving the performance of BAZNAS Jombang employees, namely: holding routine istighosah activities every Friday carried out by all BAZNAS Jombang employees. After the istighosah routine, BAZNAS also adds joint meeting activities, which discuss programs, evaluation, and coaching. These activities are carried out directly from the leadership (Chairman) to evaluate performance and provide employee motivation. Based on these activities, employees can find out the progress of their performance and then improve it. In addition, BAZNAS also improves employee performance by giving rewards to employees who can achieve work targets, work overtime, arrive on time. The encouragement is given to employees in order to obtain work enthusiasm. BAZNAS also improves employee performance with innovative training and development activities. Therefore, BAZNAS every year and every month of Ramadan launches new programs so that employees have a new enthusiasm for work.
