Pendekatan Partisipatif dalam Pemberdayaan Kader Posyandu melalui Pemanfaatan Lahan Pekarangan untuk Kebun Gizi

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan pendekatan partisipatif dalam pemberdayaan kader Posyandu melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan sebagai kebun gizi dengan metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Latar belakang penelitian adalah pentingnya penguatan kapasitas kader dalam memanfaatkan potensi lokal untuk pemenuhan gizi keluarga dan ketahanan pangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dusun Kaliboto, dengan sasaran kader Posyandu yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan kebun gizi. Pendekatan ABCD dilaksanakan melalui enam tahap: inkulturasi, discovery, dream, design, define, dan destiny. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan Focus Group Discussion. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ABCD berhasil menggali aset komunitas, meningkatkan keterlibatan kader dalam seluruh proses, serta menghasilkan kebun gizi yang dikelola secara kolektif dan berkelanjutan. Kebun gizi ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan ketersediaan pangan bergizi di tingkat rumah tangga sekaligus memperkuat peran kader Posyandu sebagai agen perubahan. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah perlunya dukungan kebijakan desa dan penguatan jejaring kemitraan agar model pemberdayaan berbasis aset ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.
