Program Dinamika Arek Surabaya Hebat (DASH) dalam Membangun Karakter dan Kesadaran Remaja Surabaya

Program Dinamika Arek Surabaya Hebat (DASH) merupakan inisiatif edukatif yang berfokus pada peningkatan literasi internet, pencegahan perundungan (bullying), serta bahaya penyalahgunaan NAPZA di kalangan remaja. Meningkatnya kasus perundungan, kerentanan terhadap narkoba, dan maraknya eksploitasi seksual anak secara daring menunjukkan pentingnya pembinaan karakter dan kesadaran sosial bagi remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah efektivitas Program DASH dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kesadaran remaja di Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan program. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan dokumentasi kegiatan di beberapa sekolah dasar dan menengah pada bulan September 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program DASH berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap risiko OCSEA, dampak negatif bullying, dan bahaya narkoba. Kegiatan ini juga menciptakan suasana belajar yang partisipatif, di mana siswa aktif berdiskusi dan merefleksikan nilai-nilai karakter seperti empati, tanggung jawab, dan disiplin. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan adanya dukungan pemerintah dan sekolah sebagai kekuatan utama, serta peluang besar dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Dengan demikian, Program DASH dinilai efektif sebagai model pendidikan preventif yang memperkuat karakter remaja Surabaya dan berpotensi dikembangkan di wilayah lain.
