Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kelompok pemuda tempuran yang ada di Desa Senduro, Kecamatan Senduro, Kabupaten Lumajang dengan konsep eco-tourism yang berada di kawasan wisata kali adem. Potensi yang dimiliki Desa Senduro sangatlah beragam, mulai dari potensi alam, budaya fisik hingga kelembagaan. Pariwisata alam merupakan salah satu potensi yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk memperbaiki perekonomian yang sempat turun akibat pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Asset Based Community Development dengan teori pemberdayaan dan berfokus pada masyarakat yang menjadi subjek penelitian, sehingga subjek dapat meningkatkan kapasitas untuk kesejahteraan dirinya sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdayanya kelompok dalam mengelola aset dengan goals pengkonsepan eko-wisata secara mandiri, serta memperoleh dukungan pemerintah setempat berupa adanya dukungan stakeholder terkait. Melalui aksi program edukasi manajemen eco-tourism serta edukasi pemasaran melalui media foto untuk kelompok, memperoleh pemahaman dalam mengelola potensi desa sehingga mampu bersaing dan meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Kelompok mendukung kebijakan pemerintah, dengan mengupayakan penerapan protokol kesehatan pada konsep eco-tourism
